According to the AAOS, physicians who practice
patient-focused communication show empathy and respect, listen
attentively, elicit patients' concerns and calm fears, answer questions
honestly, inform and educate patients about treatment options, involve
patients in medical care decisions, and demonstrate sensitivity to
patients' cultural and ethnic diversity (4).
The
importance of developing rapport with patients cannot be
overemphasized. Effective communication skills are a critical tool that
assists the physician in establishing that optimal patient rapport.
Physicians need to keep in mind that today's health care consumers,
particularly those in the baby boomer and younger age groups, have much
more medical knowledge than senior citizens. Both young and old,
however, often judge the quality of care received on the basis of the
physician-patient interaction. Certainly, the physician's skill and
reputation play an important role in a patient's confidence. However,
many if not most patients assume that physicians have the requisite
technical skill to treat their medical problems. From the patient's
perspective, therefore, what separates the adequate or average physician
from the truly great physician is how well the physician practices the
“art” of medical care, conveying those highly valued human skills of
compassion and caring concern that patients seem to need so much.
All
too often, when physicians do not communicate caring concern,
especially when the care is painful, difficult, or results in
less-than-optimal outcomes, an inevitable cycle of miscommunication
occurs among patient, family, and physician. Under these circumstances,
patients who express their anger and frustration may cause the physician
to react defensively in a way that may be perceived as hostile or
arrogant. Most often it is this response that causes the patient to seek
the advice of an attorney, because poor communication between a
physician and patient can lead an already angry, dissatisfied patient to
believe the care was poor even when it was entirely appropriate (5). In the arena of physician liability, the burden of “successful” patient-physician communication lies with physicians (5).
That is not to say that patients do not share the burden, but society
and the courts have deemed that physicians have the ultimate
responsibility for initiating, clarifying, facilitating, documenting,
and reinforcing discussions related to their patients' condition,
treatment, and prognosis (5).

I am an INFORMED patient and when I know what I am expecting and the doctor is carrying on WITHOUT CONNECTIOn to an EMERSION to the world here, Dr. Farooqi and I never really got it I was very specific in my address that if his advise and interface in this [ WITH LONG TERM GANGSTALKING ] affecting me, and I was unable to find help, resolute to the outcome, I was not going to pay the bill. I never paid my bill. Someone did, I think he did.

Can we find agreement, that now the NIH documents on gangstalking become relevant into care and what needs to take place in our greater society -- that which you have to place yourself as MY DOCTOR in CHARGE of my MENTAL CARE WELLNESS. The communication interface to which is the one that is missing before, should be the one we can actually do the right thing with this. I am not going to go for the rest of my life dealing with gangstalking. I currently can not get a doctor in the other side of this to engage this topic, and so doing CUTS me OFF. My referral to their office includes the purpose -- TO TREAT MY HIV, They called me in the initiation of this to request my BLOOD WORK and I got confused. They are the ones who need to ORDER the HIV panel. But apparently, something was lost in that transition. None of you can deal with me in any kind of professional way.

This story here goes to the foundation of why I have not been on HIV
Medications since March of 2019. It is January 19th 2023 as I sit here
pondering whether or not my Doctor who was supposed to be treating me
for HIV so far has not opened my email.
Back in March of 2019, My doctor, Eric Tomomi Shigeno was working at the
Borrego Health Clinic on 6th and Est in San Bernardino. I had planned
to finally bring up a subject that had been [ disturbing my sleep ]
bothering me ever since I arrived back in my hometown in July of 2017.
Ever since I can remember back to growing up, I have never seen such an
effort by people to not become an agency of corroborative conversation.
Never have I ever seen such a resistance to subjects I am needing to
discuss. It is bothersome that I know these topics are DIRECTLY RELATED
to my healthcare, and still, the doctors seem to need --- DEEP DEEP
NEEP to avoid this topic. I don't understand how you all sleep.
Prior to my appointment, I initiated a contact on Twitter to the CDC HIV
Director @DrMerminCDC. A Short introduction the the matters of
personally lived experiences that I also had followed up to the events
were documented onto what is alive life journal space.
Basically, the overall subject of this falls under [ Quality of Standard
Of Care ] that I had been receiving. So, I began at the top of the
chain because I figure something should be addressed more outwardly than
just my 1 to 1 interface with medical care. Do, I placed the tweets
online.
I had then taken the URL [ Universal Resource Locator ] and created a QR
CODE and PRINTED it so I could share this with my doctor. Exactly,
what did I do wrong? Never Never ever ever have I ever seen such a
DASTARDLY EFFORT TO AVOID A CONVERSATION WITH ME. That DASTARDLY
EQUATION STILL REMAINS! It would be nice to know that the doctors will
not lie and deceive me if I come up to bring some subject and I get
SWAT -- SHOO FLY DON'T BOTHER ME!
So, I was the medical exam room when my Doctor came in. At a pause in
the conversation, I had to bring forward my inquiry. The first thing I
did was to attempt to relate and share what is a GOOGLE SEARCH result
for the local HIV service agency. At the time, the review was over a
year old. I am here today knowing that the review for Arron Jacobson
requires some understanding. I would like, perhaps truly DEMAND, that
this community comes to grips with what has happened to me, apologies in
some way for destroying my family relationships. And before my mother
dies, the community of wrongdoing actors makes my mother a promise they
will not allow me to die. Die from HIV Aids Disease. How can you all
sleep knowing this shit is going on?
So I suggested to Doctor Shigeno that he pull out is a mobile device and
perform a
OK Google -- Foothill Aids Project San Bernardino. My doctor acting
like a bumbling fool messing around with his device as though he is
dumbfounded to do this himself. I had to take over the lead of this
conduct this search and read the review to him.
[ Reflecting Back, I am not a child -- I expect much more than that
flimsy kind of relationship. So that failed to place into the RECORD
on digital footprints on his device, so he could claim CULPABLE
DENIABILITY [ Most Likely ]. Let us FILE the REVIEW here in this TEXT
SUBMISSION, hopefully, the DEVELOPERS have the allowance to bring this
kind of content here.
Currently showing rating 3.9 of 5 stars, totally over the truthfulness

This agency is FRAUDULANT in its services and practices when it comes to
serving the HIV population and utilizing Ryan White Funding. My
recommendation for any HIV client interested in signing with them is to
run as far and as fast as you can...they treat HIV consumers with
contempt and unprofessionalism.

disagreement. At the time, I did not know that the clinic themselves

fault of trust to whom and what information was given. The person who
originally reached out to me, Haviar, I called back. I needed
confirmation of details, and he passed the phone to another person. She
initiation another thread, I told her to talk to him. And we now have a

I am a bit confused in that I am not double down for sure. The
appointment reminder reflects that there is an address --in Redlands -- a
teleconference does not require the patient to travel to the address. I
know you might think me way too over-concerned about such a detail.
but you would just have to understand the extreme reinforcement I get
from all sources does not want to have a conversation from all of my
care so SO FAR BACK THIS STARTED -- Dr. Wilson at AHF -- in Dec of 2005.

my Windows Laptop, I will be using Screen Recording Version 1.0.1 [ and
will be testing it out with your teleconference - Records the screen
ok. On a mobile device, the screen recorder I used there does allow the
software to "REDACT" screen portions for privacy. If you desire to
have such features in your telepresence software, then such features are
available [ technically ]. For now, I have the ability to record the
session, and I must!
